Cats-eye-stones

A stone is a cats-eye-stone when it displays a sharp, vertical, reflecting line when it is held in the light. There are many stones that have this cats-eye effect ~ and all these stones refer from an energy perspective to ‘seeing’.

The apatite in this pendant is a deep green stone that shows a beautiful, sharp cats-eye. The energy of this stone is ‘seeing from the heart’.

This apatite cats-eye has been mounted in a golden setting which is connected with the silver teardrop shape to the golden circle above it. The shape that is cut out underneath the stone is both an equal armed cross as well as a stylized diamond.

The pendant then has an energy that lets us see, from the Highest perfection, the world through our hearts in such a manner that our balance and creativity are nurtured and enhanced.

I am Anne Claire Venemans. I was born in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 1959. My initial education includes becoming a master goldsmith and gemologist (F.G.A.)

I have always thought that you need to like the job you have ~ this perspective has prompted me to have a number of diverse jobs that have rapidly followed one another.

In 1993 I finally took the plunge to start doing the things that really make me happy full time; to follow my passion.

Because of my interest in the metaphysical direction, the mystical side of life has become more and more important to me. Also my shamanic bond with nature has grown stronger. Both have become an integral part of my day-to-day life.

I have been involved with healing for over 20 years. I work with applied kinesiology, inner-child interaction, hypnotherapy, Reiki, as well as ‘hands-on’ healing and remote healing. I am also very familiar with the effects meditation, visualization and symbols can have on our health. On top of that I am an experienced reader of Tarot and Symbol Discs, a system I have developed myself.

The energies I work with

I love gemstones, especially because of their energy. That is why I will almost always use gemstones in the Mystical Jewelry I design. I also think shapes and symbols are great to work with! And apart from the metals listed below, I also work with several kinds of wood...

Metals:
Gold... has an active energy that brings vitality and movement into a piece. It represents the sun energy.

Silver... has a receptive energy that brings acceptance of the total energy into a piece. It represents the moon energy.

Red copper... has a fluid energy that brings a nurturing, shaping and molding into a piece. It represents the earth/water energy.

Symbols:
Circle... is the symbol for the infinite perfection that holds everything else.

Triangle... is the symbol for body, mind and spirit in balance.

Diamond... is the symbol for creativity.

Moon... is a receptive energy. Also subconscious and intuitive.

5 pointed star... is the symbol of the 5 senses elevated. The non-physical aspects of the senses.

6 pointed star... is the symbol for ancient wisdom. Man reaches up and the Universe reaches down creating wisdom.
